Information submitted through the enquiry form
The form may collect your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, selected topic and message. This information is used to review and respond to the request you submit.
Do not submit student records, passwords, credentials or other sensitive operational data through the public form.
Retention and access
The current website workflow marks enquiry records to expire after seven days. Anonymous visitors can submit enquiries but cannot read them; access to active records is restricted to authenticated administrators.
